Playfit Therapy is a family-owned practice founded by directors Jordana Bradley (Occupational Therapist) and Andrew Bradley (Exercise Physiologist). With a shared vision to integrate their expertise, Jordana and Andrew created Playfit Therapy - a specialised service that combines movement, play, and functional skill development to support children and young people in everyday life. Together, they bring over 18 years of combined experience to delivering expert, compassionate care. Jordana and the occupational therapy team are passionate about helping children build independence and confidence through meaningful, play-based experiences. She believes every child should have the opportunity to engage, explore, and thrive through play. Andrew and the exercise physiology team focus on developing strength, fitness, resilience, and confidence in teenagers and young adults living with disability, injury, or chronic health conditions. He is a strong advocate for improving both physical and mental health through evidence-based movement and exercise. Playfit Therapy is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care, creating positive and engaging experiences that support children and their families to achieve lasting outcomes.
